This project makes use of a canvas, brush, paints and your fingers. Begin by painting the lower portion of the canvas a solid color. You could use a sponge brush. This provide better control of the paint. As you near the top of the canvas, place the paint on the left and right sides leaving the center blank.
Now, the fun part. Start at the bottom of the canvas and begin making circles with your finger and your choices of paint. Overlap circles (colors of paint) only when the initial colors have dried. Once dry start applying your second level of circles overlapping the first. Apply stems to the circles ad your done!
The only thing that is left to do is to find a place to hang your artwork.

This is pretty darn cool, and far nicer to look at than a night light. It’s very simple to do for anyone with the proper materials. You don’t need to be really artsy–what you create is entirely up to you and it does not need to look like the art in the image. If you have the time and want to create some cool bedroom decor to admire at night, read on.
What you’ll need are three canvases of equal size, acrylic paint, and mini string lights.
Paint the canvases in dark acrylic paint, and then paint your dandelion (or whatever else you’d like), in bright paint that stands out against the canvas paint. To create this particular glowing art, seeds and fuzz were painted blowing off of the flower, but you can paint whatever you want.
After you’ve finished painting the three canvases, poke holes in it with a screwdriver or anything else that can poke round holes in the places that you want the light to shine through. Then, hang your mini string lights up on the wall and hang the canvases over them. Be sure that the canvases cover the lights, as you don’t want them showing through because it will take away from the effect of the art.
Turn off the lights and see your art glow! The wonderful thing about this is that you can admire your artwork without the glow during the day and then see it become a whole new creation by night by simply plugging in the lights. Enjoy!
