Wire jewelry is a cheap way gift. You only need to purchase a few items for this project wire, needle nose pliers, jump rings and bracelet or jewelry clasps. This project is inexpensive but it looks like you have spent a considerable amount of money on it. You can use gold, gold filled, silver or silver filled wire. You can even use brass wire, if you so choose. Whatever your choose have fun with with your project.
For this lovely heart bracelet, you will need gold wire any gauge. Using needle nose pliers, shape the gold wire into hearts. Continue to make enough hearts to make a bracelet large enough to fit your wrist. Connect each heart with two gold jump rings. Jump rings will also need to be connected to each other. Attach a clasp to the final two jump rings on each side of the bracelet once the bracelet is large/long enough for your wrist.
You can make a bracelet alternating between gold and silver hearts. You can also use all gold hearts with silver jump rings or silver hearts with gold jump rings. The great thing about DIY wire jewelry is that you are creating your own art. You create the design you like. You can also make a matching necklace and/or anklet. An anklet can be created the same as the bracelet only extending the length or you can make the entire anklet with wire adding a heart or two in the center of the wire. The heart can be attached by the jump rings.
